1. Role of HR & HRM....

Learning Objectives - The introduction to HR jobs and functions of HR manager in an organisation.

Topics - What is HRM, Role & Responsibilities of HR, Qualities required for professional HR


2. Compensation & Benefits

Learning Objectives - This module is designed to share a clear idea and knowledge about compensation & Benefits structure of an organisation. You will learn about components of C&B package and various models of CTC structures.

Topics - Basics of Compensation & Benefits, Components of C&B, Goals of balanced C&B package, Cost to Company (CTC), Components of CTC, CTC Designing, Difference between CTC, Gross Pay, Gross Salary and Net/Take Home Salary, Income Tax or TDS calculation.


3. Payroll Management

Learning Objectives - In this module, you will be able to understand how monthly salary is being calculated in an organisation. You will also get to learn about difference types of attendance & leave management process, Statutory deduction during monthly salary processing and how to generate salary slip after salary disbursement.

Topics - Monthly Payroll Management, Attendance Management, Leave Management, Monthly Salary calculation, Payslip generation, PF calculation, ESI calculation, P.Tax calculation.


4. One to One Session

Learning Objectives - This is an personalised and customised session for each and every individual to discuss the career concern and to get proper career guidance. Choose proper growth path for your career with the consultation with HR expert. Redesign your Resume as per the need with professional guidance.


5. Mock Interview

Learning Objectives - This session is designed to prepare students for all rounds of personal and technical interview so that you can be rest assured about your selection post the training. You will be given all around guidance and simulation for real life interview environment so that your confident level can rise and you can be job ready.

HR Spot Certification Process:

Every student has to attend all subjects and has to complete the training maximum within 5 months. He/She has to submit the requisite project work, assignment and case studies as per the instruction of the trainer.

Once you are successfully through with the project (reviewed by an expert), you will be eligible for the final Online Certification test. The student will be awarded with the certification once he/she qualifies in the Online test.

If you do not qualify in Online final test in 1st attempt, more attempts will be provided. You can take additional assistance to understand the concepts better, attend more classes and reattempt the Test free of cost.

During admission every candiadate is provided with a unique user id and passward with the help of which candiadtes can login online and can accesses the study materials.

It's totally depends on the candidate credentials, but all the jobs are totally based on the HR functions.
