Statistics speak volumes about our placement track record; each year, more than 97% of SDHRM pass outs get hired by some of India's most prestigious companies within a few months after finishing their study on our campus.

Additionally, within the past five years alone, some 15-20% of them have relocated abroad for additional education or work prospects.

While multinational employers typically provide packages ranging from 12 LPA to 20 LPA depending on location and sector/industry type, the average compensation package offered by our HR courses with placement is from 3 LPA to 4 LPA for freshers depending on the background.

Our campus also produces two to three businesses each year, which is a testament to the top-notch education offered by Interactive HR Spot Private Limited.

Guidelines for Placement Assistance

• Diploma students who have already taken the exam and are passing out from the Institute should register for placements with their respective counsellors.
• Students must register their names in the manner specified by the Department of Placement Cell. The placement events are only open to registered students.
• Placement Registration is only valid for FIVE ACADEMIC YEARS.
• All students enrolled with the Job Guarantee programme have access to the placement service under will be allowed to have a single job offer only (One Company-One Student) policy. This will guarantee that all students receive equitable employment possibilities and that a select few do not take up all the positions. Nonetheless, students who have already started their jobs may also be permitted to participate in other dream employment offers.
• For those who have taken admission for Training & Placement Assistance (not Job Guarantee Program), for them our Placement Cell acts as a facilitator for placement-related tasks. Placement Cell does not guarantee a job.
• Students must keep two standard CV formats approved by the Placement Cell on file. Students are, however, free to create and construct personalised CV on their own terms.
• Students must check and pay attention to any alerts issued by the student placement committee by email, class, notice board, website, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Once students accept or register to participate in a placement drive, they can not withdraw their names and the money is non refundable.
• Failing to read the notice board, email, WhatsApp message, or website will not be considered as an excuse to miss an interview.
• Students won't be permitted to take the interview if they don't match the qualifying requirements that the corporation has mandated.
• Every placement interview drive requires students to dress in formal attire. All the males are asked to wear Formals with their shirts properly tucked in. Sandals and slippers are not allowed. All female students should dress appropriately. Leggins (stretch pants), translucent or net dupattas, and hair colouring or bleaching are not permitted.
• At the time of the interview, all students are required to be dressed appropriately and to have their identity cards and CVs on hand.
• Throughout the Training/Placement process, students are expected to conduct themselves with decency and discipline. Any student found to have violated the company's discipline policies or to have tarnished the reputation of the institute will not be permitted to participate in placements for the remainder of the academic year.
• A student who applies and is shortlisted must proceed through the whole selection procedure unless the employer rejects them in the middle of it. Any student who willfully leaves during the selection process will not be placed for the remainder of the academic year.
• If a student decides not to join the company where he was chosen, he must notify the employer in writing as soon as possible and must also send a copy of that letter or mail to the placement office.
