In this module, you will be able to understand what Recruitment & Sourcing is. How Recruitment process and model works in an organisation. You will also be able to learn difference methods and process of Recruitment and how to function as Recruitment Manager in a company.
In this module, you will learn how HR team manages the difference operational activities of an organisation. You will get to know about different operational jobs of HR department and how to maintain the same properly.
This module will cover difference activities related to Statutory Compliances which are needed to be followed by HR department to avoid any legal hassle. You will also learn few statutory mandate that each and every company needs to follow for smooth HR lawful operation.
Every student has to attend all subjects and has to complete the training maximum within 5 months. He/She has to submit the requisite project work, assignment and case studies as per the instruction of the trainer.
Once you are successfully through with the project (reviewed by an expert), you will be eligible for the final Online Certification test. The student will be awarded with the certification once he/she qualifies in the Online test.
If you do not qualify in Online final test in 1st attempt, more attempts will be provided. You can take additional assistance to understand the concepts better, attend more classes and reattempt the Test free of cost.
During admission every candiadate is provided with a unique user id and passward with the help of which candiadtes can login online and can accesses the study materials.
